I had such a designation I would definitely include it on a purchase offer,. If included, the seller would get the idea that you are probably able to qualify for the loan and be able to close the transaction.
Should you include your designation on real estate contract even if irrelavent to real estate. ie) MD, DDS,PHD
If I had such a designation I would definitely leave it off of a purchase offer,. If included, the seller would get the idea that you have a lot of money.
