We all know what an MD is, but I find that people are largely uneducated to our healthcare system, so ten points to whoever can correctly define what these people are and what they do:

Define these for me?
DPM- Dr. of Podiatric Medicine: treats ailments, conditions and diseases of the foot.
DO- Dr. of Osteopathic Medicine: they have extra training in the musculoskeletal system and they have a unique philosophy to medical care placing emphasis on the body nerves, muscles, bones and organs.
OD- Dr. of Optometry: specialize in examination, diagnosis, treatment and management of diseases and disorders of the visual system.
DC- Dr. of Chiropractor- Use different therapies such as hot and cold treatments, nutritional counseling and exercise for spinal adjustment to help realign the spine and reduce and stop pain.
DPT- Dr. of Physical Therapy: diagnose, prevent impairments so therefor intervene in further injury by educating patients and help patients with functional limitations and disabilities related to movement, function and health through exercise and other methods.
PT- Physical Therapists: provide services that help restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities of patients suffering.
OT- Occupational Therapist: help individuals acheive independence in all facets of life. They help people in developing the "skills for the job of living" necessary for independent and satisfying lives.
CNA- Certified Nursing Assistant: assist residents in nursing homes or retirement facilities or patients with activities of daily living and provide bedside care including but not limited to basic nursing procedures.
CRNA- Certified Registered Nursing Anesthetists: They assist the Anesthesiologist and provide similar services as the Anesthesiologist such as administering and monitoring the patient while under anesthesia and after.
PA- Physician's Assistant: A health professional who practices medicine under a Dr.'s supervision. Provides a broad range of health care services that were traditionally performed by a Doctor.
CMFT- Certified Marriage and Family Therapist: Provides therapy and counseling to couples seeking help in their relationship for marital problems in hopes to resolve them and gives therapy to families as to help to solve problems among them or dissolve issues and teach healthy boundaries and basic living skills.
DOS- Doctor of Dental Surgery: Can perform orthodontic work, endodontic work, oral maxillofacial surgery, Periodontal and Prosthodontics. They know the ins and outs of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology along with Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology and provide Pediatric dentistry.

Occupational Therapist/Therapy - assist people who have difficulty in achieving occupationally balanced lives
Certified Nurse Aide - assist residents or patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide bedside care—including basic nursing procedures—all under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthesiologist - RN who can administer anesthesia
Physician Assistant - non-physician clinicians licensed to practice medicine with a physician's supervision
Nurse practitioner - a RN who has completed advanced education and training in the diagnosis and management of common medical conditions
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - professional licenses issued by U.S. state or national certification boards to graduate degree holders and license them to practice social work and, usually, nonmedical psychotherapy
Doctor of Dental Science - Dentist, self-explanitory
