Not neccessarily true. Just because you have your bs in dental hygiene doesnt mean you are ready to apply for dental school. Depending on what dental school you are trying to get into, you will need all the prerequisites to enter. Alot of science.

Reply:Go for it girl. I have been to many dentist in my time and my favorite ones have been female. They also make the best Pediatric Dentists, and the pay is way better than being a dental hygienist. Four years may seem like a long time but you it really isn't and you will have a "career". You will never have to rely on anybody (any guy) to survive in this world. Whatever a man brings to your relationship is just the gravy or the cherry on top of the sundae.
I am already proud of your accomplishments. Keep up the good work and make yourself proud. I know you can do it!!!!
