I am the victim of dental malpractice (managed neglect). The litigation was settled via Board of Review (?) - it did not go to trial. The defendent admitted guilt. To the best of my knowledge he is still practicing. Additionally he has an alcohol problem. Is the licensing board alerted in these situations? He should not be practicing.....he's a pathetic case. I was awarded the maximum allowed by law. I have been being treated for three years and will not finish for approximately one more year. To date I have lost all of my upper teeth and many lower. Please advise. Thank you.
How can I convey infor to the MI Bd of DDS licensing re licensed DDS who has been sued and admitted malpractic
Simmply contact them directly. You can find their phone number in the phone book. In my state, is is actually in a black box as the very first listing under "Dentists" in the Yellow Pages.
