Pleasanton, Calif.-based retailer Ross Stores Inc. has opened its second dd's Discounts store in Tampa, Fla, according to the Tampa Bay Business Journal. A total of six stores will open in Florida, including locations in Kissimmee, Daytona Beach and Panama City. The deep discount store concept features name brand fashion apparel, accessories, home fashion and footwear 20 percent to 70 percent lower than moderate department store prices. Beyond the two Tampa locations, 26 dd's Discount stores have been opened in California."
